Tournament check list for coaches
Team Roster printed from the coach's FIRST Dashboard account with consent box of team members checked or team roster with parent signed Paper Consent and Release forms for any students without an electronic signature. Instructionsforprinting a Team Rostercan be foundhere. Tournament Fees are to be paid in advance of events to the Robotics Alliance of Mississippi Lunch money in the exact amount if the team pre-ordered lunches. A Core Values Poster to present in Core Values judging. (REQUIRED at Championship)
All Mississippi teams are requested to bring a Core Values Poster to the Championships tournament, following the instructions in the document linked above. Core Values Posters are not required at the qualifier level but are recommended.

All Mississippi teams will present a Robot Design Executive Summary during Robot Design judging. An "executive summary" is often used by engineers to briefly outline the key elements of a product or project.
Additionally, teams do not need to create a poster or written material for the RDES. However, teams may share pictures of the design process and records of strategy sessions and are strongly encouraged to bring examples of programming (either printed or on the laptop.
